My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with 24-hour availability and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, conveniently located near the train station and with easy access to public transportation. The dining options were good, offering a mix of Western and local cuisine at a reasonable price. However, there were minor issues with the advertised 'American' breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.
